These are also known as Swarovski 157700S29TO 1122 6mm Silver-Plated Channel Drops.

The difference between these pointy charms and the regular charms is that the Swarovski stone in these pointy charms is 1122 stone (Rivoli shape) while the regular charms have a flat (1128 shape) stone.
Pointy stone charms are cheaper than the regular stone charms.
