Q. Do you take paypal?
Answer. Yes we do take paypal. There is a paypal checkout option on the payment page. You can pay from your paypal account. Even if you don't have a paypal account you can pay thru the paypal checkout page using your or your spouse's credit card but not somebody else's credit card. The payment is processed on paypal's website and credit card data is not recorded on beadwholesaler's website.
Q. Can I call in my credit card number as I don't want to enter it online?
Answer. There is another alternative for you and that is to use paypal checkout. Just select the paypal option on the payment page. You can still pay thru paypal even if you don't have a paypal account. Payment is processed on paypal website and no credit card data is recorded on beadwholesaler website.
You can print the contents of you shopping cart and email to us. We will also need your credit card billing and shipping address and we can take your credit card details on the phone as long as you are the credit card holder and credit card billing and shipping address are the same. Please note that we will not be able to do free shipping in this scenario as the free shipping option is only available when your orders are submitted online.

We offer Free USA shipping to all 50 states as well as Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico on online orders placed on this website. Great way to get your order shipped if you are NOT IN A HURRY to receive your order!
The processing time for these orders is generally 2-5 business days but it may be longer if the order has relatively larger number of items. Also, free shipping orders are shipped complete and if we are waiting for merchandise to complete your order then your order may get delayed.
Business days are Monday thru Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Saturday, Sunday and USPS/UPS holidays are not counted as business days. It generally takes 3 to 10 business days in transit from the time the order is shipped to the time it will reach you. In some cases it may take longer as we have no control on your packet once it leaves our facility. We use USPS first class, USPS Parcel Post and UPS Ground for Free shipping and reserve the right to choose how we ship these orders. PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING HOLIDAYS (During the month of December) U.S. MAIL TAKES LONGER THAN USUAL. Answer.We don't require a business license to purchase from us. However, you must meet our minimum purchase requirement answered in the next question.

Q. How soon do you ship orders after I place them?
Answer. It is our goal to ship out orders as fast as possible. Orders with paid shipping options (such as UPS, Fedex, First Class Mail, Priority mail, Express Mail) are shipped out before free shipping orders are shipped. Where can we see your Merchandise?
Answer. You may visit our showroom in Orlando Tourist District. Appointments are NOT required but we suggest you call ahead of time at 407 370 2929 and let us know.
Our knowledgeable friendly staff will help you with all your purchase requirements.

Q. Are your prices in Showroom different from prices on your website?
Answer. Our prices are same whether you buy at showroom/warehouse or online through our website except the website may have special prices on some items which are only applicable to online orders placed on the website.
Q. How do you charge Sales Tax?
Answer. All shipments to a Florida address or purchases at our warehouse/showroom, will be charged Florida 6.5% sales tax unless you have given us a duly signed current copy of the 2013 Florida Annual Resale Certificate. Existing accounts please note that we need signed copy of your new certificate every year. If you are already a sales tax exempt customer, and are now opening an account online, it is necessary that you create the online account with the same name and address as it shows on the sales tax exempt certificate you have given us. This website doesn't know that you are already a sales tax exempt customer. So after creating your account, you may either ask us to make your online account tax exempt before ordering or write a note to make your account sales tax exempt when placing your first order thru the website. We will take care of the rest.
Q.How does your Pricing Structure work?
Answer. We have three Levels of pricing. The more you buy, the more you save. In some case several categories and subcategories may be grouped for Quantity Based Discounts but not for all the products we carry.
For some popular or commonly used items we offer 4th level pricing also. If you are buying a very large number of a certain item then we can offer you a better pricing. Many of the items throughout the website are priced at BULK level.
Swarovski Crystal Pearls have their own Price discounting structure. On crystal pearls, there is a 10% discount at 12 or more of total crystal pearl strands and 15% discount at 24 or more total crystal pearl strands purchased. Various different size, shape, colors of Swarovski crystal pearls can be combined for discount to calculate the discount rate.
Swarovski Crystal Peals Factory Packs: Have their own special pricing. Various different color, size, shape of Swarvoski crystal pearl factory packs can be combined for quantity price break. There is a discount when a total of 10 or more factory packs of Swarovski crystal pearls are purchased.
Swarovski Flatbacks Have their own discount schedule. Flat backs have their own all assortable discounted pricing. On a total of 5 Swarovski flat back factory packs price level 2 (generally 5% discount) applies, and on a total of 10 Swarvoski flat back factory packs price level3 (generally 7.5% discount) applies.
Sterling Silver Letter Blocks can be combined for price breaks within the same size and shape.
Quantity Discounts:Quantity discount prices are given only when ordered quantities are in stock. If you like we can keep your order pending until such quantities are back in stock. Every effort is made to make the quantities available ASAP.
Q.Do you Carry Swarovski Rhinestones_Flatbacks?
Answer.We carry a Huge selection of Swarovski Flatbacks both Hot-fix and Glue-On. These are sold in factory Packs.
Q. Do you Back-Order products not in stock?
Answer.We make every effort to ship you all the items you have ordered. If we are short on some item(s) to fill your order then we will most likely contact you and let you know the situation. If you ask us to backorder a item and if that item is for sure coming back in stock in very near future, we may consider backordering that for you for your convenience but at our discretion. In such cases, we will go ahead and charge for the backordered product on the original order and ship your backorder by U.S. mail without any shipping cost to you. PLEASE NOTE THAT BACKORDERING IS NOT DONE FOR ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF UNITED STATES.
