We offer Free Standard USA (Continental United states only, EXCLUDING Alaska and Hawaii etc.) on online orders placed on this website. Great way to get your order shipped if you are NOT IN A HURRY to receive your order!
The processing time for these orders is generally 2-5 business days but it may be longer if the order has relatively larger number of items. Also, free shipping orders are shipped complete and if we are waiting for merchandise to complete your order then your order may get delayed.
Business days are Monday thru Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Saturday, Sunday and USPS/UPS holidays, and other days we are closed are not counted as business days. It generally takes 3 to 10 business days in transit from the time the order is shipped to the time it will reach you. In some cases it may take longer as we have no control on your packet once it leaves our facility. We use USPS first class, USPS Parcel Post and UPS Ground for Free shipping and reserve the right to choose how we ship these orders. PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING HOLIDAYS (During the month of December) U.S. MAIL TAKES LONGER THAN USUAL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR FREE SHIPPING ORDER DOESN'T GET TO YOU WHEN YOU NEEDED IT AS WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER U.S. MAIL.
