While we don't require you to have a business license to purchase from us but you must meet our minimum purchase requirement each time. Minimum purchase at the showroom is $50 every visit per person. Please note that we carry over 10,000 items and it should not be difficult to meet the minimum purchase requirement for serious buyers.

Many of the items we sell such as those made out of sterling silver, gold-filled, silver-filled, 14 Karat gold are subject to frequent price changes based on their changing metal prices. So either these items don't have price on them or may have changed. However, the prices shown on website are generally current and we follow them.
If you are a beginner in beading/jewelry making we suggest you take appropriate beading classes first which we don't offer. Our customers generally know what supplies they need and we supply them a great assortment of great quality supplies at very competitive prices.
items such as rice writing supplies are not sold thru the showroom as these supplies take some time to put together and we are not able to put these together while you are waiting at the showroom. We suggest you order these online or call us ahead of time to discuss your rice writing supplies requirements first.
We are a volume seller and not a retail business. Only qualified buyers are allowed in the showroom. We suggest that you don't bring children with you inside the showroom for obvious reasons.

This location is easily accessible from Interstate 4, Florida Turnpike, Orlando International Airport, Orange County Convention Center, International Drive, Universal Studios and other theme parks.

If this is your first time visiting us, we suggest you might browse our website beforehand if possible. This will certainly help you save time while you shop at the showroom/warehouse. Showroom shopping is mostly on a self service basis.

We are open Monday through Friday 10AM thru 5PM EST. Please be prepared to be checked out by closing time. Last appointment for the day is usually no later than 4:30PM.

Please make sure that you have allowed yourself sufficient time to shop (considering we have over 10,000 products) and checkout. While we do have appointments for customers to come in but we have no idea how long each customer will shop. Sometimes, it may take additional time to checkout depending upon how many people are ready to checkout at a given moment. Please keep this in mind.
Sales Tax Relief for Out of State Customers
If you are from out of state we can ship your purchases to your out of state address to help save on the Florida sales tax. However, you would have to pay for the shipping charges unless your total purchase is over $250 in which case we may be able to do free standard (non expedited) shipping for you to a U.S. address only.
