Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometime we all end up ordering wrong color or wrong size and so on. We will work with you on your reasonable exchange needs (must notify us by email within 7 calendar days of receipt of order) but please keep in mind that it takes work on our part to receive and process your returns and send you the desired items. There may be some costs involved in doing your exchange. With keeping that in mind, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request including all the pertinent details with your order#, invoice#, and the items you need to exchange.
We will issue you an RA#. Please see below the procedure for returning.
We take great pride in carrying excellent quality merchandise. We believe in "Zero Defect" quality assurance goal. All orders are fulfilled with great care and with minute details.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return most items for refund or store credit.
We give “Full Refund” or “Store Credit”, When the item shipped is incorrect or defective due to Beadwholesaler’s mistake otherwise a restocking fee may apply. In case of a defective item we may need to receive it back for inspection and return to factory. All returns must accompany a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please review the rest of this page for return related details.
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). ANY RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT RA# WILL NOT PROCESSED AND WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED TO SENDER AT THEIR EXPENSE
To quality for full/partial refund please inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt of merchandise by emailing to email@example.com the nature of problem and request a RA# (Return authorization number). No merchandise is accepted without the return authorization number. Once RA# is obtained by you, you must mail the merchandise back to us within 5 calendar days.
The returned items must be in its original packing and unaltered.
All return shipping charges are to be born by customer with the exception of incorrect or defective item.
No credit is given for the following merchandise:
- Any “Special Order” items are not returnable.
- Rice Writing glass vial, rose, and all rice related supplies are non returnable.
- Partially used packs are not returnable.
- Items bought on clearance are non returnable.
- Cut “Bulk Chain (chain by foot) ” is not returnable.
- Sterling silver and gold-filled wire sold by weight are not returnable.
- Wire and Stringing material that has been unspooled is not returnable.
- Opened “Swarovski Factory Packs” are not returnable.
- Broken Strands are not returnable.

Please return items in corrugated box or bubble padded envelop and take care to pack properly to avoid any damage in transit. Our experience shows items returned in unpadded envelop get damaged in shipping. We will not issue any refund for any damaged items received by us. Please also make sure sufficient shipping charges are paid by you. Any charges paid by Beadwholesaler.com due to insufficient postage payment on customer’s part will be deducted from your credit. For your safety we recommend you take insurance.
We will reimburse you the shipping charges if the item is incorrect or defective (we will specify which shipping method to use to return these items) to return, for all other returns the shipping charges are customer’s responsibility.
Restocking Fees & Calculation of Refund
If the merchandise you have received is what you ordered but later on changed your mind for any reason, we charge 15% restocking fee (with a minimum of $5) of price you paid. You will also be responsible for any return shipping charges on this merchandise.
if the item you are returning was bought on a multi-pack discount then in some cases you may have to forefeit that discount and that will be factored into your net refund.
Also, if we shipped your order freight free and you are returning more than 20% of the total (merchandise) value of the order we shipped you then we will need to deduct the entire shipping cost of the order from your refund.
If your original order’s total (merchandise value) falls below $50 (or $200 in case of International orders) after your returns credit then the entire return credit will be a store credit only. Otherwise, credit will be made to your original form of payment once the return is processed.
